About the role

Somic is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to drive growth of its ICT solutions portfolio in the Espoo office. You will work closely with a specialist team to design and sell integrated IT, Microsoft 365 and telecommunications services to midsize companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers (companies with 20‑250 employees).
• Sell complete ICT solutions, including IT services, Microsoft 365 and telecom offerings.
• Build long‑term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to client management.
• Collaborate with internal experts to design tailored solutions and manage the sales process from first contact to signed contract.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales and new‑client acquisition.
• Ability to discuss business development with senior client executives.
• Result‑oriented, goal‑driven work style.
• Fluent Finnish; English is a plus.
