Airport Services Agent

About the role

We are recruiting an Airport Services Agent in Helsinki to deliver five‑star service to passengers throughout the terminal. The role supports smooth airport operations, ensures safety compliance and creates a pleasant travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with check‑in, transfer desks and related areas to ensure smooth passenger acceptance.
• Escort and direct arriving and departing passengers to hotels, visa counters, transfer desks, premium lounges and boarding gates.
• Assist the Duty Officer with handling company materials and records.
• Coordinate with the Ground Handling Agent for rapid processing of hotel and transfer passengers.
• Supervise GHA staff on all flights to maintain Qatar Airways service standards.
• Organise check‑in counters and manage documentation issues.
• Perform other duties required for efficient unit functioning.

Required profile

• High school qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in airline, travel or hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Finnish with excellent communication skills.
• High energy, positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong computer literacy and customer‑focused mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong team orientation.
• Legal right to live and work in Finland.
