AI Business Process Solution Sales Specialist – Public Sector & Government

About the role

As an AI Business Process Solution Sales Specialist you will help public sector and government organisations transform their operations by leveraging secure, responsible AI and the Microsoft Cloud. You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging senior decision‑makers to identify how AI, data and automation can deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discussions with senior decision‑makers at high‑value public sector customers to qualify and accelerate opportunities.
• Orchestrate internal Microsoft and partner teams to design and deliver cloud‑ and AI‑driven transformation solutions.
• Help customers realize value from their technology investments, driving adoption, expansion and long‑term partnership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Information Security or related field, with several years of technology‑related sales or account management experience.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Strong knowledge of business process solutions such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP or Oracle, and experience selling CRM, ERP or transformation solutions.
