Account Manager – Ocean Division (Capital Sales)

About the role

As our new Account Manager for the Ocean Division, you will drive growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The role is ideal for a fast‑paced, customer‑focused professional who enjoys building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Direct sales activities from inquiry to order, ensuring customer success for assigned accounts.
• Generate and nurture leads, converting them into orders.
• Collaborate with Business Development, P&A, and Service teams to grow the business.
• Engage with customers in‑person, understand their needs, and deliver product and service value.
• Develop value‑based quotes, follow up to ensure alignment with customer requirements, and provide support during the quotation process.
• Use CRM and other digital tools consistently to optimise sales efficiency and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proactive, driven sales professional with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Goal‑oriented, structured, and eager to deliver value to customers.
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language.
