Account Executive - Manufacturing industries

About the role

As an Account Executive focused on manufacturing technology solutions, you will drive revenue by selling Aurora Live’s services to technology companies and solution providers that serve plant directors, R&D teams and other decision‑makers in the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Sell Aurora Live’s portfolio to firms targeting manufacturing decision‑makers, ensuring a deep understanding of client challenges and goals.
• Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn, industry events, referrals and cold calling.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with customers’ OT, IoT, automation, robotics and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and support customers throughout the buying process.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record, especially in trade fairs, exhibitions or event‑driven sales for manufacturing‑focused solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑oriented with a history of exceeding sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch, Swedish or German.
