Team Lead, Accounts Payable

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader to head our AP team at the Vantaa headquarters. Reporting to the Manager of Accounts Payable, you will lead a group of 11 professionals, ensure accurate month‑end closings and act as the main liaison for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 11 AP specialists to achieve high performance.
• Oversee timely and accurate month‑end close activities across the Nordics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and support operational tasks as needed.
• Drive process development, identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with established AP procedures and policies.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in an international environment.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to lead by example and coach others.
