Service & Logistics Manager, Outbound & Trading

About the role

Join 3stepIT, a global leader in circular technology management, as a Service & Logistics Manager responsible for outbound logistics across Nordic remarketing centres and a Paris joint‑venture. You will ensure smooth end‑to‑end order fulfilment, from trading sales order to delivery and invoicing, while developing and harmonising outbound operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the three‑person outbound team, set targets and foster a collaborative culture.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and order‑to‑delivery performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Manage carrier and logistics service provider relationships, including performance follow‑up and contract negotiations.
• Develop and harmonise Trading Sales fulfilment processes across Nordic countries and the Paris JV.
• Support omnichannel sales by planning and executing logistics for omnichannel deliveries.
• Coordinate KYC onboarding for new Trading customers with the Shared Service Center.
• Act as the Trading key user for ServiceNow, driving outbound‑related capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in logistics and customer service, including order fulfilment and inbound/outbound operations.
• Proven leadership in an international environment with people‑development skills.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset and ability to develop services and processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration; logistics degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of relevant logistics or customer‑service experience.
• Fluent English; Nordic languages are an asset.
