Senior Sales Executive – Account Manager

About the role

Emirates is launching operations in Helsinki and seeks two Senior Sales Executives to drive growth. You will manage corporate, leisure and specialist client portfolios, building strong relationships with Finnish travel agencies and corporate accounts to increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate, leisure and specialist clients to achieve sales targets in Finland.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts and key partners, implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, monitor account performance and provide market insights.
• Engage clients through meetings, webinars and industry events, ensuring accurate reporting in Salesforce.
• Act as an Emirates brand ambassador, delivering training to partners and representing the airline at Finnish travel trade events.
• Monitor partner credit risk and support effective risk management.

Required profile

• Proven field sales experience within the airline industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing high‑value accounts.
• Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Solid knowledge of reservations, fares and ticketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in Finland.
• Fluent in English and Finnish (spoken and written).
• Valid full driving licence.
