Regional Director – Cyber Business Finland

About the role

The Regional Director for Finland will lead DNV Cyber’s business in the country, driving growth, profitability and market position. This senior role combines full business responsibility with strong external orientation and strategic leadership, aligning regional direction with global priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional business strategy aligned with DNV Cyber’s global direction.
• Own and drive regional financial performance (revenue, margin, growth) in close collaboration with global and delivery stakeholders.
• Lead market expansion in Finland, focusing on critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, maritime, manufacturing, defence and healthcare.
• Build and nurture senior executive relationships to generate new business and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and lead a high‑performing regional leadership team, setting clear direction, performance expectations and a culture of accountability.
• Represent DNV Cyber in the Finnish market and contribute to the global leadership team.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience with responsibility for regional revenue and profit growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategic priorities into operational actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including building relationships with senior executives in key sectors.
• Track record of leading high‑performing teams in a fast‑evolving environment.
• Ability to influence regional strategy within a global operating model.
