Recruiter

About the role

Lavonia is expanding rapidly and seeks a Recruiter who understands the daily language and requirements of the electrical, HVAC and automation sectors. You will play a direct role in supporting Finland's largest industrial and data‑center projects, with fast‑moving decisions and a clear link between recruitment and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to assess candidate potential.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Act as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
• Meet weekly quotas for calls, emails and candidate outreach.

Required profile

• Comfortable meeting new people frequently and asking insightful questions.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, passion for recruitment and a proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite.
