PowerPoint Specialist (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote PowerPoint Specialist on a contract basis to design and execute complex business presentations, reports, and documents. The role involves collaborating with advanced language models to create and refine Office Open XML files, primarily .pptx formats, for Fortune‑500‑style scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic, complex business tasks using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word that simulate Fortune 500 environments.
• Collaborate with a large language model (LLM) to discuss, edit, and generate Office Open XML files, focusing on .pptx formats.
• Evaluate two LLM‑generated deliverables per task turn and select the most accurate result based on quality criteria.
• Create prompts and tasks that would normally require multi‑hour effort without AI assistance.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world business documents.
• Support cross‑functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across various industries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience on complex projects for Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Strong background in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail and exposure to strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR functions.
• Proven ability to craft realistic business scenarios and workflows for modeling, reporting, and executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience using LLMs or AI‑powered tools in iterative, conversational formats is highly desirable.

Required skills
