Key Account Manager – Advertising Growth

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will drive commercial growth for Tori’s advertising business in Finland. You will combine high‑level commercial strategy with hands‑on execution to re‑establish Tori as a premier ad destination, working closely with strategic clients and media agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch tailored advertising solutions and pilot emerging ad formats to generate new revenue streams.
• Own the full account lifecycle – analyse performance, minimise churn and expand long‑term spend.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Insights, Marketing and Customer Success teams to refine the ad offering based on client feedback.

Required profile

• Proven track record in digital media, programmatic or ad‑tech B2B sales.
• Strong network and deep understanding of Finnish media agencies and the local advertising landscape.
• Data‑driven mindset, turning ROI data and market insights into compelling business cases.
• Self‑starter with resilience in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments.
• Fluent in Finnish and English with excellent negotiation skills.
