HR Specialist – Compensation & Benefits

About the role

As HR Specialist, C&B you execute our compensation and benefits strategy in a modern, data‑driven and international environment. You work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure that our total rewards offering supports sustainable growth, responsible business and a modern drinking culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own core compensation and benefits processes and drive continuous improvement across Nordic and international operations.
• Coordinate and support annual compensation review processes, ensuring accurate data, clear communication and timely execution.
• Maintain and develop compensation structures, job evaluations and salary benchmarks aligned with market data and internal guidelines.
• Administer and optimise benefits programmes, including pensions, insurance and wellness offerings, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Provide guidance to managers and HR business partners on compensation and benefits policies, individual cases and reward‑related questions.
• Prepare analyses, dashboards and reports to support data‑based decision‑making in compensation, benefits and broader HR topics.
• Contribute to compensation and benefits projects, policies and tools to strengthen total rewards strategy and employee experience.

Required profile

• Structured and analytical approach with strong integrity.
• At least 3 years of HR experience focused on compensation and benefits or related operations.
• Degree in HR, business, economics or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Experience working with HRIS or reward‑related systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English and Finnish.
• Proactive mindset, ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and inclusion.
