Head of Business Analytics – Northern, Central & Eastern Europe

About the role

As Head of Business Analytics for the Northern, Central and Eastern Europe (NCEE) region, you will lead a technical pre‑sales team that supports public‑safety and defence customers. You will shape solution offerings, drive revenue growth and ensure seamless cross‑border collaboration across Germany, the Netherlands and Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Provide disciplinary and professional guidance to a distributed pre‑sales team, fostering upskilling and an inclusive culture.
• Identify market opportunities, develop competitive solution portfolios and support order intake.
• Partner with Heads of Bids, Sales and Program Delivery to evaluate tenders and deliver high‑quality technical proposals.
• Align team direction with regional sales heads and executive stakeholders.
• Manage multiple regional budgets and cost centres, ensuring financial control and profitability.

Required profile

• Deep technical understanding of mission‑critical communications, PMR, TETRA and 4G/5G private broadband networks.
• Experience in the public‑safety or defence market is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in direct team leadership and managing cross‑border teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience in technical presales, tender processes and solution alignment.
• Self‑driven mindset with strong risk‑identification and problem‑solving abilities.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Financial and budgeting experience is a plus.
