Bilingual Virtual Assistant – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual virtual assistant to train and evaluate AI chatbots in English and Finnish. You will interact with the models, assess their performance, and create new conversation scenarios to improve their linguistic capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct diverse bilingual tasks for AI chatbots.
• Measure and report on chatbot progress and accuracy.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness and relevance.
• Write original conversation scripts to teach desired responses.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Finnish.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing and editing skills in both languages.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Based in Finland and able to work independently as a contractor.
