Finance Enterprise Partner

About the role

Roche Pharma Finland seeks a Finance Enterprise Partner to act as a strategic advisor and consultant, linking financial data with actionable business strategy. The role ensures financial excellence, compliance, and supports decision‑making on resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Support local business planning, budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with the Baltics team.
• Guide strategic resource allocation and monitor operating expense performance.
• Provide insights through performance reporting and dashboards.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics and internal controls.
• Oversee local financial tasks such as payment approvals and reporting.
• Lead tax compliance and coordinate with government authorities.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation and ERP system upgrades.
• Collaborate across the Finland affiliate and regional projects, contributing to cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance business partnering, controlling or a similar strategic finance role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Fluent English; Finnish language skills are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
