Staff/Lead Product Designer (B2C) – Finland

About the role

We are Europe’s leading provider of employee‑benefits technology, helping millions of users redeem wellbeing and lunch benefits through the Epassi app. As a Staff/Lead Product Designer you will own the design direction of the Nordic B2C experience, turning user problems into higher conversion, deeper engagement and greater benefit usage.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the design direction for the Nordic B2C product, creating accessible, high‑visual‑impact interfaces.
• Build and evolve the design system, aligning it with the global system while ensuring consistency across channels.
• Make data‑driven decisions using analytics, heatmaps, A/B experiments and user testing to improve conversion and retention.
• Conduct end‑to‑end research, from exploratory interviews to usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and local stakeholders through workshops, critique sessions and cross‑functional planning.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years designing B2C consumer mobile products, preferably in e‑commerce, fintech or related sectors.
• Strong visual and interaction design expertise with a proven track record of boosting conversion or engagement metrics.
• Confidence working with product analytics, experimentation and service‑design journeys across multiple channels.
• Fluent in Finnish for market research and English for daily collaboration.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive attitude toward adopting new tools such as AI‑assisted design.

Required skills

• Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Claude Code and other AI‑based prototyping tools.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
