About the role

Posti is looking for a temporary postal worker to join its delivery team in Kemijärvi. The role involves delivering letters and parcels to households and businesses, representing the company on the road, and providing friendly customer service in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels to customers throughout the Kemijärvi delivery area.
• Act as the visible representative of Posti on the delivery route and interact with customers in a courteous manner.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old, reliable, independent and customer‑service oriented.
• Good physical condition, fluent Finnish language skills and ability to work outdoors in any weather.

Required skills

• Valid B‑class driving licence with a minimum of two years driving experience.
• Ability to operate a Posti delivery vehicle safely and handle the physical demands of the job.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract until 31 Oct 2026, part‑time 25 hours per week.
• Starting wage €13.14 per hour, based on the collective agreement for the communications and logistics sector.
