SAP Finance/Controlling Consultant

About the role

Join EY's Nordic SAP practice to help clients transition from legacy landscapes to a future‑ready finance function. Based in Helsinki, you will work on large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformations, combining finance expertise with emerging technologies such as AI‑enabled automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects focused on Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).
• Analyse current client processes, define target operating models and translate requirements into SAP configurations.
• Design, configure and test SAP FI/CO solutions, including integration with other workstreams.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure seamless adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Document decisions, manage deliverables and maintain a holistic view of the project landscape.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering SAP FI and/or CO projects, preferably within S/4HANA environments.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with practical system solutions.
• Strong communication skills to work with finance users and technical colleagues.
• Curiosity about AI, intelligent automation and emerging technologies.
