About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Winona Finland’s core team in Keilaniemi. You will own senior‑level search processes, act as a strategic advisor to our clients and a trusted partner to candidates, and help drive the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of senior‑level recruitment assignments from start to finish, ensuring high‑quality candidate sourcing and client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, providing market insights and tailored talent solutions.
• Collaborate with the interim solutions team to support evolving client needs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, clients and internal colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven track record in candidate sourcing and leading client projects in recruitment, executive search or headhunting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.
• Driven, proactive and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent Finnish and good spoken and written English.
