Lead Training & Technical Support Specialist – 3‑Phase UPS

About the role

Eaton is looking for a Lead Training and Technical Support Specialist to own and manage the 3‑phase UPS service training program at its Vantaa and Dubai training centres. The role combines delivery of technical training for field service engineers and partners with senior‑level technical support across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and maintain 3‑phase UPS service training programmes, including classroom, e‑learning and remote sessions.
• Coordinate training schedules, allocate trainers and organise training equipment across Vantaa, Dubai and other EMEA centres.
• Develop training concepts, content, packages and learning materials in collaboration with the Technical Support team.
• Provide senior‑level technical support for installation, commissioning, start‑up and maintenance of UPS systems, handling complex field issues and escalations.
• Maintain service knowledge bases, technical documentation, field service bulletins and service guides.
• Participate in new product development projects, representing field service perspectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales Support, Customer Quality, EHS and Product Management to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Solid experience in the electrical/power electronics industry, specifically with 3‑phase UPS products.
• Proven track record delivering technical training programmes and developing training material.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
