Graduate Sales Manager

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble’s Sales team in Espoo as a Graduate Sales Manager and take ownership of a portfolio of consumer‑goods categories with one of Finland’s leading retailers. You will work directly with the retailer to develop joint business plans, both in‑store and online, and contribute to the growth of iconic brands such as Gillette, Venus, Always, Head & Shoulders and Oral‑B.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a set of product categories for a major retailer, driving sales and market share.
• Create and execute category and brand plans that meet shopper needs.
• Build collaborative relationships with retailer partners and internal P&G teams.
• Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Lead specific projects from day one and deliver measurable business impact.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree) or early‑career professional.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical ability and strong communication skills.
• Business‑level proficiency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Passion for achieving results and a competitive mindset.
