ERP Transformation Professional (Program Manager)

About the role

Sofigate is looking for experienced ERP Transformation Professionals, including ERP Project and Program Managers, to join its Business & Technology Transformation business stream. You will lead or contribute to customer-facing ERP transformations across industries, turning technology investments into measurable business value. The preferred location is the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to business-critical ERP transformations, projects and programmes
• Turn customer objectives into concrete actions, deliverables and business outcomes
• Bring together business, IT and partner ecosystems to drive transformation forward
• Manage or contribute to scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets and quality
• Simplify business processes, solve complex challenges and use AI-supported ways of working to enhance delivery

Required profile

• Relevant experience from ERP transformations, programmes or implementations
• Strong understanding of different platforms, business processes and the evolving ERP landscape
• Collaborative, customer-oriented mindset and curiosity for AI-enabled ways of working
• Structured, proactive approach
• Fluent Finnish and English

Required skills

• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across business, IT and implementation partners in complex, multicultural environments
• Understanding of change management and the people side of transformation
