EdTech Assessment and Operations Consultant

About the role

The EdTech Assessment and Operations Consultant will support UNICEF’s Global Learning Innovation Hub in managing and strengthening the application, assessment, curation and product‑listing processes of the Learning Cabinet. This 12‑month consultancy is office‑based in Helsinki and focuses on continuous, platform‑enabled assessment of digital education solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate applications through the Quick Assessment and Full Assessment stages.
• Integrate expert evaluators into the assessment workflow.
• Support the Learning Cabinet Committee in assessment‑related decision‑making.
• Communicate with applicants and internal stakeholders throughout the pipeline.
• Capture and convey feedback from applicants, evaluators and UN partners to improve processes.
• Enhance pipeline management platform workflows and refine the EdTech for Good Framework.

Required profile

• Experience in managing assessment pipelines and multi‑stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to facilitate decision‑making processes within a committee setting.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with diverse internal and external partners.
