Cleaning and Support Services Supervisor (Service Master)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cleaning and Support Services Supervisor to lead our team in the Salo and Kaarina area. You will act as a role model, organise daily operations and ensure high‑quality service for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Organise staffing, recruitment and onboarding for the cleaning team.
• Monitor work quality, employee wellbeing and health & safety.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned clients, ensuring smooth service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Handle office tasks such as system updates, email correspondence and Excel reporting.
• Adapt to changing situations with a solution‑focused attitude.

Required profile

• Relevant vocational education or several years of experience in cleaning/facility services.
• Valid B‑class driving licence.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident in customer‑facing situations.
• Fluent in Finnish and able to communicate in English.

Required skills

• Basic IT competence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
