Program Manager, DCOps Spares Readiness

About the role

Google is looking for a Program Manager to lead the DCOps Spares Readiness program across its data center network. You will coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, define program scope, and ensure spare parts availability for critical infrastructure worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Author comprehensive program charters and detailed project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Determine program phases, key metrics, and continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimize resource stewardship.
• Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks using enterprise tools such as SAP, Maximo, or other ERP systems.
• Monitor operational KPIs/SLAs, generate reports, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage vendor relationships, lead‑time optimization, and reverse‑logistics (RMA) processes in a global setting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of program management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory management, spare‑parts planning, warehousing, or logistics in data‑center or critical‑infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to analyze operational metrics and work with enterprise inventory or asset‑management tools.
• Familiarity with data‑center hardware components and their life‑cycle.
