Campus Contracts Manager – Data Center Projects

About the role

Microsoft is seeking a Campus Contracts Manager to lead procurement and contract management for data center construction projects in the Helsinki region. The role supports the Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) team, which delivers large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary datacenter builds across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning and sourcing strategies to meet project budget and schedule goals.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and performance alignment.
• Negotiate, execute, and administer contracts following Microsoft and industry standards.
• Oversee contract performance, including compliance, changes, claims, and corrective actions.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services with effective risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, data analytics, and digital procurement tools.

Required profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Proven experience in commercial/contractual construction roles.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
